Alisa has worked as an engineer for over 20 years, starting with General Motors (GM-Exteriors), followed by Magna International (Interiors) group. She followed the acquisition from Magna to being absorbed into Grupo Antolin Interiors as a global leading Interior Tier 1 supplier in the automotive and manufacturing operations field.   

Alisa opened up Aspect recruiting in 2008 when the market crashed in the automotive field. The need for her engineering lessened and her interest in recruiting heightened which led to her first signed account aiding and supporting in LaGrange, GA for a new plant opening for KIA.  Aspect quickly expanded into companies that were thriving in automotive in the southern states, as well as in Michigan. Alisa comes from both sides of corporate engineering and new business development and sales recruiting, which aids in her strong understanding of what makes a strong candidate for any job.

Along with Engineering and other domains, Deep brings extensive experience in recruiting cleared professionals across the US including TS / SCI, Top Secret, Full Scope Polygraph, Lifestyle Polygraph, etc. He specializes in full recruitment life cycle including job postings, sourcing, pre-screening, salary negotiations, background checks, and payroll. He is proficient with various ATS such as CIEPAL, Bullhorn, Job Diva, Big Biller, and VMS including Fieldglass, Magnit, WorkforceLogiq, VNDLY, WAND, and Beeline.
